The One for Launching Your Bicycle Brand

One of one, a local bicycle company specializing in custom-configured and individually tailored bikes, approached us to support the launch of their brand. We embraced the challenge of positioning a boutique brand in a competitive market by developing a cohesive brand identity.
The process began with designing a logo that is dynamic and minimalistic, yet distinctive, thanks to the customized ‘O.’ This unique element serves not only as part of the logo but also as a versatile graphic feature, appearing on the bikes themselves. Building on this foundation, I created the complete signature look and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
For the key visual concept, I was inspired by the emotional bond between cyclists and their bikes. This led to the idea of “The One,” representing the perfect match for each rider. The concept evolves further with variations like “The One for Gravel” or “The One for Speed,” tailoring the message to specific bike types while maintaining the brand’s core essence.
